Our Story

Our Story

As people who’ve personally struggled with ROCD, progress for us came from learning to recognize and not engage with intrusive thoughts—a vital CBT-based skill sometimes overlooked.

Inspired by this and our belief that “when the frequency of guidance changes, the best methods change too,” we set out to empower others to consistently practice these cognitive strategies with an always-available AI guide, helping them build their own path to a quieter mind.
